Migraciones transfronterizas y políticas de las movilidades como dinámicas de exclusión. Las movilidades internacionales, “irregularizadas” y de carácter transfronterizo del sur y hacia el norte global son uno de los rasgos de las dinámicas de exclusión relacionadas a la globalización neoliberal, y acontecen en muchos países y varias regiones del mundo. Las migraciones, si bien han estado vinculadas a diversos procesos del desarrollo y crecimiento espacial y temporal del capitalismo y del colonialismo europeo en anteriores etapas históricas, han aumentado de forma sostenida y generalizada en tiempos recientes, y son producto de diferentes transformaciones estructurales neoliberales y de las integraciones económicas de carácter regional, en el marco de las tendencias internacionales del libre mercado.
